For our Civilian Agency customer, Zentek (formerly Provideo Management, Inc.) administers and supports a variety of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and open-source Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms. The result of comprehensive information management support and administration is to ensure standard processes are used to collect, store, analyze and share information efficiently and effectively; deliver a system where information can be easily accessed through well-known and understood channels; and to ensure that stored information is relevant, accurate, and updated.
We provide development and operations support to 94 district sites and the “headquarters” site for this Civilian Agency. We support the operation and maintenance of several intranet sites, which are used for a variety of audiences – including individual staffs, specific communities, and the entire Agency community. This includes the implementation of uniform internet sites, creation of new sites, and governance over those sites to ensure all were in compliance with established guidelines and industry best practices. Zentek delivers graphic design support across all electronic communications platforms. We also supported the migration of content on the Agency website, based previously on an HTML and CSS template, to Drupal. This content was used by all 94 districts and impacted over 200,000 files.
