The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) has selected Zentek to provide Financial Management Support via the DISA Agency Program Support (APS) BPA. The JITC is designated as a Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) – Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB). JITC provides Test and Evaluation Services, Interoperability Testing, Approved Products List Certification, and Operational Testing to DISA and a broad spectrum of the Department of Defense (DOD) community. Zentek will support the JITC financial management processes, which are comprised of a number of manually intensive independent business processes that are essential to effectively support JITC MRTFB capabilities and activities. Zentek’s business processes support will fall into two broad categories:
- Financial management of reimbursable (RMB) Test and Evaluation (T&E) capabilities funded by external organizations
- Financial management of T&E capabilities and activities funded. through JITC’s annual appropriations (also known as Mission (MSN) funding), as planned and estimated by JITC Action Officers, and approved/prioritized by JITC senior leadership.
