Contract Description
SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. SeaPort-e provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

Zentek Consulting

Headquartered in Tysons, VA, Zentek (formerly Provideo Management, Inc.) became a registered corporation with the Virginia State Corporation Commission on 9 September 2004. We are currently leading successful government contracting teams supporting Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the Department of Justice/Executive Office of U.S. Attorneys as the Prime contractor, and have laid the foundation necessary to support further growth in this role.


ECS Federal

ECS-Federal Inc. is an established, $200M professional services firm, delivering management and technical solutions across 30 Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian agencies, and is the prime contractor on 85 percent of their current contracts. They provide systems engineering, software and IT services such as software development and systems integration, and program support to include financial management initiatives at Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and United States Marine Corpos (USMC). A key piece of the ECS strategy is investing in obtaining industry certifications and providing customers with highly trained staff. ECS is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 20000 certified, and is twice assessed at SEI CMMI Level 3. Additionally, 95 percent of ECS Project Managers possess PMP Certifications, 35 ECS managers and staff have ITIL v3 Foundation Certificates, and four hold ITIL Expert Certificates.

Infinity Support Services (ISS) was established in 2010 by experts with over 30 years of experience with the USMC and U.S. Navy. Today ISS provides outstanding support in the areas of Acquisition Program Management, Operational Logistics, Product Support and Sustainment, Financial management, IT systems and networking solutions. Employees have experience as a DoD Program Manager(s) and familiarity with the Milestone Decision Authority process, which allows ISS to maximize the benefit and minimize cost and resources for the Government. ISS is currently working with the USMC Systems Command Global Combat Support System (GCSS) delivering program management and financial management support to the Total Force Implementation (TFI) and Program Management Office (PMO). ISS delivers logistics cost data and estimates to the program Financial Manager and associated Budget Analysts to justify, defend and update POM and budget submissions for GCSS 1.1, 1.2 and OEF program.

Provideo Management Quality Assurance Program

Provideo Management is committed to delivery of the highest quality products and services to the customer, within budget and according to schedule. Our process ensures we are able to repeat our past success, and where possible identify efficiencies that allow us to continuously improve our results. We engage the entire staff including technical leads, quality management, and contract management team members, to ensure the highest standards of quality service delivery are met. Our contract management team members are engaged in the review and evaluation of deliverable products and services. Each deliverable is measured and every team member’s performance assessed with respect to established targets. Our quality management life cycle includes the following steps.

  • Plan: All initiatives require a documented project plan, complete with mission, objectives, schedule, resources, and measures
  • Implement: Manage according to the project plan; Conduct regular milestone reviews
  • Monitor & Measure: Perform audits, collect feedback, and assess progress toward objectives
  • Document & Assess: Identify trends and document processes, results, and issues using root cause analysis
