Our subject matter experts (SMEs) create and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) package artifacts for a DoD-wide security system baseline; provide Tier III Help Desk support and SME engineering support; perform vulnerability management assessments; produce analysis of alternatives (AoA) for the government’s review; support the development and maintenance of the security POAMs to facilitate a positive ATO decision; help define and document system rationale, operations restrictions, timelines, and resources; validate that IA controls are implemented, effective, and make recommendations regarding corrective actions; create deployment guides and test plans; and recommend updates to Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on the basis of our experiences;
