Contract Description:
The objective of the DISA APS BPA is to provide comprehensive support to DISA. DISA’s Programs, Projects, Acquisition of Service, Enterprise Services, and Initiatives are at different phases of the Integrated Defense Acquisition Life Cycle for forthcoming Call Orders. The contractor shall provide these services to the DISA Centers and Directorates.

Scope: Professional Support Services to meet the needs of the entire Agency. These services will support programs, projects, and initiatives in the DISA portfolio and are as follows:

  • Task Area 1: Acquisition and Contract Management Support
  • Task Area 2: Asset Management Support
  • Task Area 3: Continuity Management Support
  • Task Area 4: Directorate Security Support
  • Task Area 5: Financial Management Support
  • Task Area 6: Information Resources Support
  • Task Area 7: Program Management Support

Contract Specifications:

  • BPA Ceiling: $350 million
  • Call Order Limitation: $75 million
  • BPA PoP: 5 years
  • Call Order (CO) PoP: 1 to 5 years
  • Call Order Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced with Cost Reimbursable line items for Other Direct Costs and/or Travel
  • Fixed Price (FP) Labor Rates: Fully-burdened fixed price hourly labor rates for each skill classification for work performed at Government sites and work performed at Contractor sites
  • Pricing Template: Used as ceiling labor rates for pricing of all labor proposed under future Fixed Priced Call Orders. The Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO) will request discounts to ceiling labor rates in Call Order RFPs.
  • Performance Standards: Issued with each Call Order
  • Place of Performance: Identified in the specific PWS for each Call Order
  • Facility Security Clearance: Up to the Secret Level
