DISA JITC Financial Management Support Prime Contract Awarded

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) has selected Zentek to provide Financial Management Support via the DISA Agency Program Support (APS) BPA. The JITC is designated as a Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) – Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB). JITC provides Test and Evaluation Services, Interoperability Testing, Approved Products List Certification, and Operational Testing to DISA and a broad spectrum of the Department of Defense (DOD) community.  Zentek will support the JITC financial management processes, which are comprised of a number of manually intensive independent business processes that are essential to effectively support JITC MRTFB capabilities and activities. Zentek’s business processes support will fall into two broad categories:

• Financial management of reimbursable (RMB) Test and Evaluation (T&E) capabilities funded by external organizations
• Financial management of T&E capabilities and activities funded. through JITC’s annual appropriations (also known as Mission (MSN) funding), as planned and estimated by JITC Action Officers, and approved/prioritized by JITC senior leadership.

Financial Management Contract Awarded at Marine Corps System Command

DISA NBIS IA, RMF, and Cybersecurity Support Prime Contract Awarded

Zentek has been awarded a prime contract to deliver Information Assurance (IA), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Cybersecurity Support for the National Background Investigation System (NBIS). The NBIS system supports background investigations by providing the information resources necessary to determine an individual’s trustworthiness to have access to US Government facilities, information, and information systems.

Zentek will assist the NBIS Project Management Office (PMO) in providing Cybersecurity Engineering, Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support, Security Architecture support, Cloud Engineering, and Project Management for the systems currently managed by NBIS. Zentek is pleased to announce that they are a part of the IPKeys winning team on the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) National Institute of Health (NIH) Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) 8(a) Small Business GWAC contract. Navy SeaPort-NxG Prime Contract Awarded

Zentek was awarded a prime contract for the Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Contract (MAC). SeaPort-NxG has a five-year base period of performance with an additional five-year ordering period option. The Government estimates that approximately $5 billion of services will be procured per year via orders issued under SeaPort-NxG. This work will fall under two categories, Engineering Support Services and Program Management Support Services, which are further divided into 23 functional areas.

DISA ENCORE III IDIQ Contract Awarded

Zentek is pleased to announce that they are a part of the ECS winning team on the ENCORE III Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The ECS Team was awarded one of the ENCORE III Full and Open Suite of IDIQ contracts that are valued at $17.5 billion over their period of performance. ENCORE III has both a five-year base term and five-year option period.

Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) SINs Awarded

Zentek, a certified 8(a) small business provider of Cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) services, has been awarded two Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINs) on GSA IT Schedule 70.  SIN 132-45A Penetration Testing involves Zentek SME’s mimicking real-world attacks and working to identify methods of circumventing the existing security features of an application, system, or network.  SIN 132-45D Risk and Vulnerability Assessment services supports the assessment of threats and vulnerabilities, determines deviations from acceptable configurations, enterprise or local policy, assesses the level of risk, and develops and/or recommends appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations.

ISO 9001:2008 Surveillance Audit Completed

Zentek achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in April 2016, and most recently completed and passed its first annual surveillance audit, illustrating that they are committed to the continuous improvement of their processes, including those that support their Quality Management System. Financial Management Contract Awarded at Marine Corps Systems Command

This contract supports the procurement of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Private Branch Exchange (PBX) equipment, Routers, Switches, and accessories (including non-ESI software licensing and hardware maintenance, associated incidental services and all associated documentation). The combined potential value of $650 million over five years will provide SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic with the ability to develop knowledge superiority for the Joint Warfighter through the development, acquisition, and life cycle support of effective, integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities.

Web Services Support for the DOJ Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA)

Zentek (formerly Provideo Management, Inc.) was awarded a prime contract by the Department of Justice (DOJ) Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA) to support program management, graphic design, help desk, and assist with the migration of existing websites from HTML to Drupal.

Zentek was originally awarded this prime contract in September 2012 and for the past two years has been tasked with coordinating the migration of existing Department of Justice (DOJ) U.S. Attorneys’ Offices (USAOs) internet sites. This included implementing a standard template, content management system, graphic design and help desk support for end users.
