Zentek (formerly Provideo Management, Inc.) delivered specialized engineering support services and project management to prepare and facilitate the replacement of antiquated telecommunications equipment with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) in a BroadSoft Broadworks environment at a Civilian Agency.
We successfully provided Telecom Project Management Services, Core Infrastructure Technical Build-Out Services, and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support services to the EVOIP Program Office in support of the centralized EVOIP solution. This solution is comprised of two Central Broadsoft Softswitches that provide call control, features, and services necessary to provide working telephone services in the Agency’s offices nationwide.
Zentek provided the subject matter expertise needed to integrate Zervina CPE management via Broadsoft API’s and scripts as well as a comprehensive knowledge of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) delivery. This is critical because the EVOIP initiative has specifically targeted the integration of Broadsoft services available via core infrastructure (Network Server, Applicaton Server, Media Server) along with Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) management via the Zervina Instant On Net (ION) Platform.
Zentek also provides central support and maintenance to the 70 offices across the US deployed with EVOIP solution. However, the solution removes local TDM (Time Division Multiplex) PBXs (Private Branch Exchange) and key telephone systems with phones and networking devices reducing on site necessary equipment and support.
